# Publish Agent

`POST /api/agents/{agent_id}/publish`

Mint a public slug for an agent the caller owns.

Idempotent. Re-publishing an already-public agent returns the existing slug
and leaves ``published_at`` alone: that timestamp is the publication date
shown on the page, and churning it on every POST would make the page claim
it was published today every time the owner reopened the dialog.
