`POST /v1/platform-feedback/issues`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://memory.papr.ai`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

## Request body

- PlatformFeedbackIssueRequest
  - `external_user_id` string, nullable: Parse _User.objectId of the acting user (desktop OAuth). Used for ownership-scoped cloud operations instead of the API key user.
  - `type` 'bug' | 'feature', required
  - `title` string, required
  - `body` string, required
  - `contactEmail` string, nullable: Optional reply-to email for Papr support. Stored server-side only; never written to the public GitHub issue body.
  - `environment` PlatformFeedbackEnvironment, required
    - `appVersion` string, required
    - `platform` string, required
    - `isPackaged` boolean, required
    - `installId` string, nullable
  - `target` AppFeedbackTargetInput: App being reviewed — Papr Work (default) or a published mini-app. For ``paprwork``, owner org/namespace/user come from server env defaults. For ``mini_app``, ``namespaceId`` + ``slug`` resolve the publisher via publish registry.
    - `appType` 'paprwork' | 'mini_app': Which product surface the feedback is about.
    - `namespaceId` string, nullable: Published mini-app namespace (required when appType=mini_app)
    - `slug` string, nullable: Published mini-app slug (required when appType=mini_app)
