# Bump workspace sync-index after a cloud Turso write. Desktop polls sync-index on heartbeat (CDC remains source of truth).

## Request

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

## Request body

- TursoDbChangedRecordRequest: Report Turso row changes — memory server bumps workspace sync-index (hint only).
  - `external_user_id` string, nullable: Parse _User.objectId of the acting user (desktop OAuth). Used for ownership-scoped cloud operations instead of the API key user.
  - `namespaceId` string, nullable
  - `slug` string, nullable
  - `shareToken` string, nullable
  - `jobId` string, nullable
  - `dbId` string, nullable
  - `tursoShortName` string, nullable: Explicit Turso short name (e.g. j-abc12345, d-deadbeef-u-user1234)
  - `tables` string[], nullable: Optional table names for diagnostics logging (reconcile uses CDC, not this list)
  - `source` string, nullable: Writer id, e.g. cloud_job_runner | cloud_app_host | desktop_push
