  - `external_user_id` string, nullable: Parse _User.objectId of the acting user (desktop OAuth). Used for ownership-scoped cloud operations instead of the API key user.
  - `jobId` string, required
  - `dueAt` string, required
  - `holder` string, required: desktop | cloud | cloud:<replica>
