- AppRuntimeAppAgentChatRequest: Shared body for app-agent warm + stream (Cloud App Host).
  - `external_user_id` string, nullable: Parse _User.objectId of the acting user (desktop OAuth). Used for ownership-scoped cloud operations instead of the API key user.

  - `shareToken` string, nullable
