# Merge publisher

`POST /publishers/{publisher_id}/merge`

## Request

Merge two publisher profiles when duplicates exist. The {publisher_id} path segment is the source publisher to retire; provide target_publisher_id in the JSON body. Logos, aliases, and document references move to the target.
