`POST /import/request-upload-url`

## Request

Generate a signed upload URL for direct file upload (Cloudflare bypass).

## Request body

  - `purpose` 'import/upload-source': Upload purpose. Default and only allowed value: import/upload-source (ZIP bulk import, max. 5 GB).
