`GET /document_intelligence/topics`

## Request

Paged: without limit this returns the first 200 topics (maximum 1000). The response carries returned, limit, offset and has_more — advance offset for the next page. Do not expect the full tenant topic list in one call. [R260918-TOPICS-PAGE]
