# List contacts

`GET /contacts/public`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.paperlessparts.com/v1`
- URL: `https://api.paperlessparts.com/v1/contacts/public`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Returns a list of contacts. The contacts are returned 20 results at a time and can be iterated over by using the page parameter.

## Query parameters

- `search` string
- `page` string
- `account_id` integer

## Response `200`

Successful response

- object[]
  - `account_id` integer, nullable: the ID of the associated Account
  - `created` string
  - `email` string: email address (must be non-null, unique across all Contacts, and a valid email format)
  - `first_name` string: Contact first name (must be non-null)
  - `id` integer
  - `last_name` string: Contact last name (must be non-null)
  - `phone` string, nullable: Contact phone number
  - `phone_ext` string, nullable: Contact phone number extension

## Other responses

- `404`: Not found response
