`POST /api/v1/withdrawal/request`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `client_id` and API key in header `client_secret`

    - `ref_id` string: This is the id that is used by the user to identify their transaction in Paper.id
    - `total_amount` number, double: This is the total amount that want to withdraw
