Buy X402_FEED_DAYS days of the live push feed with a wallet. POST with no
payment header -> 402 + the challenge (price, no fee, what is delivered, and the
fact that everything on the feed is also free to pull). Sign, retry with
X-PAYMENT (or PAYMENT-SIGNATURE for v2), and the receipt carries the token and
the stream URL. The token is shown ONCE.
