# Get Segment Download Status

`GET /segments/{segment_id}/download-status`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-v2.pandavideo.com.br/shorts`
- URL: `https://api-v2.pandavideo.com.br/shorts/segments/{segment_id}/download-status`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Checks the current download/rendering status of a segment. Use this to poll for completion after requesting a download.

## Path parameters

- `segment_id` string, required

## Response `200`

200

- object
  - `status` 'downloading' | 'download_ready' | 'not_requested': Current download status.
  - `download_url` string: Signed URL to download the HD segment. Present when `status` is `download_ready`.
  - `segment_status` string: Internal segment processing status. Present when `status` is `downloading`.
  - `message` string: Human-readable status message.
