# Regenerate live

`POST /{live_id}/regenerate`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-v2.pandavideo.com.br/lives`
- URL: `https://api-v2.pandavideo.com.br/lives/{live_id}/regenerate`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Reactivates a live that expired without ever receiving a signal. The live goes back to provisioning and keeps the same id, the same stream key and the same player URL.

## Path parameters

- `live_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Live regenerated.

- object
  - `id` string: Same id as before.
  - `status` 'provisioning' | 'offline' | 'online' | 'finishing' | 'finished' | 'finished_imported' | 'expired' | 'canceled': Back to `provisioning`.
  - `stream_key` string: Same stream key as before.
  - `stream_key_id` string: Stream key attached to this live.
  - `rtmp` string: Ingest server.
  - `region` 'us' | 'br': Ingest region of this live.
  - `started_at` string, nullable: Reset to null.

## Other responses

- `400`: The live is not expired, the live has no region, or another live of the account is starting at the same moment.
- `404`: Live not found.
