# Get a support ticket

`GET /support/tickets/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.palisade.email`
- URL: `https://api.palisade.email/support/tickets/{id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP basic

Returns a single ticket with its full message thread. Messages are ordered chronologically. Marks all support messages as read for the requesting user.
