# Get an attachment upload URL

`POST /support/presigned-url`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.palisade.email`
- URL: `https://api.palisade.email/support/presigned-url`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP basic

Generates a presigned URL for uploading support ticket attachments to S3. Supports images and PDFs up to 10MB.
