Update an existing fixed time slot

## Request body

- ParticipantPoolScheduleFixedTimeSlot: A fixed one-time time slot for participant pool schedules
  - `id` string: Unique identifier for this fixed time slot
  - `date` string, date, required: Specific date for this time slot
  - `startTime` string, required: Start time in HH:MM format (24-hour)
  - `endTime` string, required: End time in HH:MM format (24-hour)
  - `kind` 'AVAILABLE' | 'UNAVAILABLE', required: Type of time slot for participant pool schedule
  - `timezone` string: Timezone for this time slot
  - `reason` string: Optional reason for this fixed time slot (e.g., "Holiday", "Special Event")
  - `overridesRecurring` boolean: Whether this fixed slot overrides any conflicting recurring slots
  - `isActive` boolean: Whether this fixed time slot is currently active
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: Timestamp when the fixed time slot was created
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time: Timestamp when the fixed time slot was last updated
