# Delete a signer

`DELETE /e-signature-packages/{eSignaturePackageId}/signers/{id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://rest.api.pactima.com/v1`
- URL: `https://rest.api.pactima.com/v1/e-signature-packages/{eSignaturePackageId}/signers/{id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

This operation is only valid when the eSignature package is in the `DRAFT`, `SENT`, `SCHEDULED`, `ACTIVE`, or `LIVE_EDITING` statuses. If the eSignature package is in `DRAFT` status, there are no webhooks and further actions that are triggered. If the eSignature package is in the `SENT` or `SCHEDULED` statuses, a change will be made and a notification webhook may be triggered if a signer's email is changed.

## Response `200`

Returns an object with a deleted parameter on success. If the id does not exist, returns an error.
