# Create an eNotary package

`POST /e-notary-packages`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://rest.api.pactima.com/v1`
- URL: `https://rest.api.pactima.com/v1/e-notary-packages`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Can create afresh or have linked eSignature package can be LIVE (for RON) or IN_PERSON (for IPEN)

## Request body

- object
  - `ownerId` string
  - `eSignaturePackageId` string: Id of the eSignature package to link. Must have the same owner and be in DRAFT status
  - `eSignaturePackageKind` 'IN_PERSON' | 'LIVE' | 'STANDARD'
  - `eSignaturePackageSubkind` 'MISMO' | 'FNF' | 'GENERAL_NOTARIZATION' | 'ESTATE_PLANNING'
  - `billingKey` string: Agent-issued billing key (`pctm_bk_...`). When it is valid for the team being billed, the resulting usage is recorded but not charged. The submitted secret is never persisted or returned. A malformed, unknown or revoked key is rejected and nothing is created.
