# Published operator-identity registry (ALIP-0039 transparency)

`GET /meta/operator-identities`

Public list of the operator-controlled identity handles whose
marketplace activity is EXCLUDED from every advertised "organic"
aggregate (the buyer-identity term in the ALIP-0039 organic predicate,
src/lib/organic.ts). Publishing the list closes the honesty loop the
rest of the platform already aims for: an outsider can see exactly whose
activity the organic numbers leave out, then recompute the published
numbers themselves at /recompute. Emails are never exposed here (PII);
the handles are already public (each has a /u/{handle} profile). The
endpoint is unauthenticated.
