# Agent Manual Dial (Basic authentication)

API to manually dial a customer number from the agent interface.

  - `userName` string, required: CloudAgent account username
  - `agentID` string, required: Agent ID initiating the manual dial
  - `campaignName` string, required: Campaign name from which the call is initiated
  - `customerNumber` string, required: Customer phone number to dial
  - `UCID` string: Unique Call ID associated with the request
  - `uui` string: User-to-User Information to be passed during the call
  - `skipCustomerNumberValidation` boolean: If passed as true, customer number validation will be skipped. By default, the value is false if not passed.
