# Conversation Metrics

`GET /v2/workspaces/{workspace_id}/inbox-insights/conversations`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.oxvo.com`
- URL: `https://api.oxvo.com/v2/workspaces/{workspace_id}/inbox-insights/conversations`
- Auth: API key in header `api_access_token`

Get conversation metrics for a workspace.

Use `type=account` for account-level metrics, or `type=agent` with an optional `user_id` to retrieve agent metrics.
