SSR individual stock page.

A7 (Q11+Q13 ratified 2026-05-10): the SSR card CTAs are now
auth-aware (signed-in user no longer sees "Sign in to see all
transactions" mid-flow). Since COUNSEL R3 (2026-10-12) the flag also
gates VENDOR PRICES: an `ol_session` cookie is validated with
get_current_user and a bad cookie or failed lookup gets the public
price-free page (anon prices only when OL_PUBLIC_VENDOR_PRICES is on).

Cache-Control flips with auth state: anon variant stays
`public, max-age=3600` (CDN-cacheable, SEO-correct, indexed by
Google). Auth variant is `private, max-age=300` so shared caches
can't serve auth-variant HTML to anon users — would leak the
"See all transactions" CTA shape (not sensitive but wrong CTA).
Auth users still get a small browser-side cache so navigation
feels snappy.
