2026-06-12 audit 3.1/3.2: the BDC "Live Demo" is retired. It was
a static stub (hardcoded stale BDC total vs the live index's real
count) with ZERO internal inbound links — an orphan kept indexed
only by its sitemap entry, and the 4th URL for one feature
(/bdcs/, /private-credit, /?view=bdc). 301 so any externally
indexed copies transfer to the live index.
