# Submit Parental Consent

## Request

Record parental consent request for minor users + send verification
email to the parent. Squad Compliance P1 (COPPA 16 CFR §312.3): storing
a parent email without any confirmation step is not "verifiable parental
consent." This handler now generates a single-use token and emails it.

- UserDataResponse: Loose response_model for user-data routes (export, delete, consent, preferences). Multiple shape variants per action.
