`GET /api/ticker/{ticker}/coverage`

Return coverage manifest for a single ticker: price history depth,
fundamentals freshness, and a 4-tier classification (full / partial /
minimal / none). Cached 1-hour by the browser since coverage is a
daily-refresh artifact, not a live metric.

Successful Response

- TickerCoverageResponse: `GET /api/ticker/{ticker}/coverage` — persistent ticker coverage info (price-history depth + fundamentals freshness). F4 backfill 2026-05-11. FE stock-page renders the coverage pill from this.
