## Response `200`

Successful Response

- TickerAnnotationsPostResponse: `POST /api/ticker-annotations` — create annotation. Run 19 F4 backfill 2026-05-12. The created annotation is echoed back so the FE can append to the local list without re-fetching.
  - `status` string, required: 'ok' on success.
  - `annotation` object, nullable: The created annotation: `{id, ticker, body, category, author, created_at}`.
  - `error` string, nullable: Validation or persist error.
