# Refresh Ticker

Force-refresh a ticker (cache bypass).

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string, nullable
- `symbol` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- RefreshTickerResponse: Returned by GET /api/refresh.
  - `status` string, required: Either 'ok' (Phase 1 returned data) or 'error' (provider chain failed for this ticker). Frontend dashboards branch on this to either re-render the panel or surface a fallback toast.
  - `ticker` string, required: Echo of the requested ticker (uppercased + stripped).
  - `fetchedAt` string, nullable: ISO-8601 timestamp of the successful fetch. Only present on the success branch — `status='error'` omits it.
