Random qualifying ticker from local DB or CIK map.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- RandomTickerResponse: `/api/random-ticker` — random qualifying ticker for practice mode. F4 boundary backfill 2026-05-08 (Initiative 6). Public (no auth). FE practice-games + screener-options read `data.ticker` first (gating early-exit) then `data.company` for display.
  - `ticker` string, required: Stock ticker, e.g. 'AAPL'. FE practice-mode loops until a non-empty ticker arrives.
  - `company` string, required: Company name. May be empty string when local DB lookup missed and CIK fallback fired.
  - `marketCap` integer, required: Market cap in USD. 0 when CIK fallback fired (no marketCap data).
  - `sector` string, required: GICS sector. May be empty string under the CIK fallback path.
