# Daily OHLCV price history (web app charts only)

Historical price data for the Oxford Ledge web app's charts, with LTTB downsampling. Not available to API-key or SDK callers (410 Gone): Oxford Ledge shows vendor prices in its web app but does not redistribute them.

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string, nullable: Ticker symbol
- `days` integer: Calendar days of history to return (1-10950, ~30yr)
- `points` integer: Max chart points after LTTB downsampling (3-10000)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- PriceHistoryResponse: `GET /api/price-history` response. F4 schema-tightening (2026-04-30): `ticker` and `history` are REQUIRED. The handler echoes the requested ticker on every 200 path (success, fallback, exception) and `history` is always a list (possibly empty). 400 / 500 branches return ErrorResponse via the responses dict, so they don't conflict. Frontend chart-renderer reads both fields without null-checking; a missing field would NPE the chart panel.
