- PortfolioPositionsMutateResponse: `POST|DELETE /api/portfolio-positions` — add/update/remove portfolio holdings. Run 19 F4 backfill 2026-05-12. Both verbs return `{status, positions}` on success; portfolio-not-found returns 404 with `{error}`.
