Successful Response

- NewsTickerResponse: `GET /api/news/ticker?ticker=…` — company-specific news. F4 backfill 2026-05-11. Both branches return {ticker, articles}; success adds count, error adds `error`. FE renders the column header from data.ticker even on the error path.
