Successful Response

- MarketEarningsResponse: `GET /api/market-earnings` response. F4 schema addition (2026-04-30): `earnings` REQUIRED. Both 200 success and 500 fallback include `{earnings: [...]}` (500 path adds an error string but keeps the list field present). Frontend earnings-calendar panel iterates `data.earnings.forEach(...)` to render the upcoming-events list.
