`GET /api/management`

## Request

Management team for a ticker.

Returns current management team members from the management_team table,
ordered by total compensation (highest-paid first).  Includes name, title,
total compensation, base salary, stock awards, option awards, bonus, and
the compensation year.

Query params:
  ticker  -- required (also accepted as 'symbol')

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string, nullable
- `symbol` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ManagementResponse: `GET /api/management` — Plus-tier management team for a ticker. FE renders the team table off `data.members`.
  - `ticker` string, required: Resolved + uppercased ticker.
  - `members` object[], required: Management rows ordered by total compensation desc.
  - `count` integer, required: len(members).
