Successful Response

- ManagedCareTrendsResponse: `GET /api/managed-care/trends` -- program monthly enrollment series + the per-parent split for the latest month. FREE tier; ANON gets a PARTIAL view (teaser depth: the latest months + largest parents, `partial` true, totals carried so the sign-in prompt can say 'see all N months'). OWNER ruling 1 (2026-08-10).

  - `available` boolean, required: False when no served rows exist (honest-empty).
  - `partial` boolean, required: True when an anonymous teaser subset was returned (OWNER ruling 1).

    - `vintage_date` string, nullable: Publication vintage served (restatement-aware provenance stamp).
  - `total_months` integer, required: Full series depth (for the anon 'sign in to see all N months' prompt).
  - `parents` ManagedCareParentShare[], required: Largest parent organizations for the latest month ([] = honest-empty).
    - `parent_org` string, required: CMS parent-organization string, exact spelling.
    - `enrollment` integer, nullable: Summed enrollment at the latest vintage; null = fully suppressed.
    - `suppressed_cells` integer, required: Suppressed cells folded into the sum.
    - `attribution_note` string, nullable: Present only where this attribution means something OTHER than ownership -- e.g. Centene on the California Medicaid store, whose enrollment includes CalViva Health, a county-organized Local Initiative that Health Net administers under contract. Absent means the attribution means what every other one means; it never means unchecked.
    - `vintage_date` string, nullable: Publication vintage served.
  - `total_parents` integer, required: Total parent organizations with served rows in the latest month.
  - `provenance` string, required: CMS attribution line (public domain, 17 USC 105).
  - `as_of_month` string, nullable: Latest served report month.
  - `vintage_date` string, nullable: Vintage of the latest served month.
  - `source_url` string, nullable: The CMS landing page the series is discovered from.
  - `note` string, nullable: Coverage honesty note (government-lines scope; programs are never summed across -- dual-eligibles appear in more than one program).
