Finnhub supplemental data for a ticker (the `finviz` path name is historical).

OWNER ruling 4 (2026-09-28): no `recommendation` label, and no
`targetPrice` / `analystCount` -- they came from two Finnhub endpoints with
no date, the partial analyst claim the ruling bars. Scrubbed on the way out
so a cached payload loses them too.
