Recent transcript list (metadata, no full content).

Each item in the `transcripts` array includes a `source` field indicating
whether the content was sourced from FMP ('fmp') or EDGAR 8-K ('edgar_8k').

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- EarningsTranscriptsListResponse: `GET /api/earnings-transcripts` — recent-transcripts metadata list. FE iterates `data.transcripts.forEach(...)` to build the dropdown of available quarters.
  - `ticker` string, required: Resolved + uppercased ticker.
  - `transcripts` object[], required: Recent transcript metadata rows (no full content).
  - `count` integer, required: len(transcripts) — convenience for UI.
