Single earnings transcript (FMP first, 8-K press release fallback).

Response includes a `source` field:
  'fmp'       -- full earnings call transcript from FMP API
  'edgar_8k'  -- 8-K Item 2.02 press release from EDGAR (fallback)
  'fmp'       -- (default for legacy rows without an explicit source)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- EarningsTranscriptResponse: `GET /api/earnings-transcript` — single transcript fetch. Returns a free-form dict from `data.earnings_transcripts.fetch_transcript` plus a `source` discriminator. The shape varies between FMP-full and 8-K-fallback rows (different metadata sets), so the model is permissive — only `source` is REQUIRED so FE can pick the appropriate render mode.
  - `source` string, required: Origin discriminator: 'fmp' | 'edgar_8k' | 'cached'.
