Start the deep news crawl in the background (admin only).

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- DeepCrawlStartResponse: `POST /api/deep-crawl/start` — trigger deep-news crawl (require_admin + CSRF). Run 19 F4 backfill 2026-05-12. Admin trigger; returns a short status envelope so the dashboard knows whether the crawl was actually kicked off.
  - `status` string, required: 'started' / 'already_running' / 'already_complete'.
  - `error` string, nullable: Failure message.
