Anonymous data-error report. Logs to Sentry + optional
email confirmation. Always returns 200 on input shape success.

F7 (2026-05-12 Code-Review-Cowork audit P0): now declares
`response_model=DataErrorReportResponse` per the F4.3 mandate.
Every response (success or boundary-validation failure) carries
a stable `report_id` so a user can reference the request in
support workflows.

Successful Response

- DataErrorReportResponse: `POST /api/data-error-report` — anonymous data-error report. F7 (2026-05-12 Code-Review-Cowork audit P0): the route shipped 2026-05-12 in commit `6781d100` (SF-14 sub-phase 14C) WITHOUT a response_model declaration, violating the F4.3 mandate from CLAUDE.md. This model closes that gap. Always returns 200 (per the "always returns 200 on shape success" contract in the route). Distinguishes the success path from the boundary-validation-error path via the `ok` flag.
  - `ok` boolean, required: True on accepted submission; False on boundary-validation failure (body unparseable, description out of length range).
  - `report_id` string, required: Short opaque report identifier (uuid4 8-char prefix). Returned even on error paths so a user can reference the request in support without revealing internal storage. NOT a PG row id.
  - `message` string, nullable: Human-readable confirmation on success. Null on error.
  - `error` string, nullable: Human-readable error message on validation failure. Null on success.
