Cross-validate data across Finnhub, FMP, and cache.

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string, nullable
- `symbol` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CrossValidateResponse: `GET /api/cross-validate?ticker=…` — cross-provider data validation. F4 backfill 2026-05-11. Returns {ticker, providers, divergences} on success; error branch returns {ticker, error} (no providers / divergences keys), so `ticker` is the only REQUIRED field.
  - `ticker` string, required: Echoed ticker symbol.
  - `providers` object, nullable: Per-provider snapshot: finnhub / fmp / cache; each {price, marketCap, name}.
  - `divergences` object[], nullable: Detected mismatches with severity + maxDiffPct; empty list when providers agree.
  - `error` string, nullable
