{cusip, label, sector, tier, category?} rows.

  - `cusip` string, required: 9-character CUSIP of the bond issue.
  - `label` string, required: Display label, "<issuer> <coupon> <maturity-year>" — the maturity floor in credit-sample-cusips.ts parses the LAST year token out of this string.
  - `sector` string, required: Our sector classification (drives CUSIP_SECTORS).
  - `tier` string, required: Our credit-tier assignment (IG / HY / GOV / MUNI / ...).
  - `category` string, nullable: Optional sub-category; absent on 512 of the 1,991 rows.
