- CreditMoversResponse: `GET /api/credit/movers` — bond gainers + losers from FINRA TRACE. FE renders two columns; both arrays declared REQUIRED so the layout is stable even on the empty-data path.
  - `gainers` object[], required: Top gainers by daily price change; capped server-side.
  - `losers` object[], required: Top losers by daily price change.
