- CreditIssuerTickerResponse: `GET /api/credit/issuer-ticker` — map bond issuer name to ticker. Used by the credit dashboard to deep-link from a bond row to the issuer's stock page. `ticker` is REQUIRED but Optional (null when no match — service-layer + error envelopes both honor that).
