## Query parameters

Successful Response

- CompanySearchResponse: `GET /api/company/search` — full-text search over local company DB. FE company-search dropdown iterates `data.results`.
  - `query` string, required: Echoed search query.
  - `count` integer, required: len(results).
  - `results` object[], required: Matching company rows.
