    - `change_type` string, nullable: One of: 'hire', 'fire', 'resign', 'promote', 'compensation', 'other'.
    - `role_cfo` boolean, required: True iff CFO / Treasurer / Principal Financial Officer.
    - `role_ceo` boolean, required: True iff CEO / President+CEO.
    - `person_name` string, nullable: Affected individual (best-effort regex extraction).
    - `confidence_score` number, required: 0.0-1.0; how confident the classifier is in this row.
    - `source_url` string, nullable: EDGAR URL of the underlying 8-K.
