`GET /api/company-financials`

## Request

Annual or quarterly financials from local DB.

Pass quarterly=true to query company_financials_quarterly (keyed by
fiscal_year + fiscal_quarter) instead of the annual table. The response
shape is identical to the annual response but periods will include a
fiscal_quarter field.

## Query parameters

- `ticker` string, nullable: Ticker symbol
- `years` integer: Number of fiscal years to return (1-30)
- `quarterly` boolean: When true, return quarterly periods instead of annual

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- StockAnalysisResponse: Loose response_model for /api/fundamentals, /api/segments, /api/exec-comp, /api/sensitivity, /api/proxy, /api/chart-data, and similar analysis routes in routes_analysis_fastapi/stock.py. Multi-shape responses with deeply nested company/financial/chart data; loose contract since the FE consumers are typed via the typed-client wrappers, not directly off these schemas.
