Successful Response

- CertificationVerifyResponse: `GET /api/certifications/verify/{cert_id}` — public certificate verification. `valid` is the discriminator FE uses to render valid-vs-invalid layouts.
  - `valid` boolean, required: True when the certificate ID resolves to a completed cert.
  - `certificate` object, nullable: Certificate metadata when valid; absent on invalid.
