- CertificationProgressResponse: `POST /api/certifications/{track_id}/progress` — update module completion. Returns the refreshed module_progress map so the FE can immediately re-render the checklist.

  - `module_progress` object, required: Refreshed {module_id -> {completed, quiz_score, updated_at}} map.
