## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CapitalStructureResponse: `/api/capital-structure` — capital structure breakdown for a ticker. F4 boundary backfill 2026-05-08 (Initiative 6). Tier-gated to plus. Error path returns ticker + layers=[] + error so FE can render "No capital structure data available" without NPE.
  - `ticker` string, required: The query ticker, uppercased.
  - `layers` CapitalStructureLayer[], required: Capital structure rows. Empty when no data available.
    - `layer` string, required: Layer name, e.g. 'Senior Unsecured (Long-Term)'.
    - `amount` number, required: Dollar amount.
    - `percentage` number, required: Percent of total capital, 0-100.
