# Billing Tier Endpoints

`GET /api/billing/tier-endpoints`

## Request

Return the canonical {path: min_tier} map for all tier-gated endpoints.

Built once at server startup by walking FastAPI route dependencies for
the `_ol_min_tier` marker attached by require_min_tier / require_tier.
Frontend uses this to skip fetches the user can't make (saves 402s).

Public: no auth required — the tier structure itself is public info
(reflected in /pricing). Lists ONLY public API paths.

- BillingActionResponse: Loose response_model for billing routes (Stripe portal, checkout sessions, webhooks). Varies by action.
